phone support sucks and is bad for you

just put in my 2 week notice to end my 8 years of phone support. It's such an unhealthy job. the controlled breathing. the forced sitting. The monitored environment and timed breaks. it's absolutely a horrible thing to do to yourself.. if the calls are never ending and constant and people are unhappy.. it will cause disease
