MEXICO VISA solvency… you’ll definitely want to read THIS 


There’s been a recent announcement (July 25th) from the head of the SRE (Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores) that could impact how Mexican consulates across the world calculate financial requirements for residency visas.


Now, nothing has changed yet, but when this gets implemented, it could mean that income and savings requirements would actually go down starting in 2026 instead of up by 12% like we all suspected.
