MURPH

The Murph Challenge is a CrossFit workout that consists of a 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, and another 1-mile run.

It's named after Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, who died in Afghanistan in 2005.

How it's performed:
Athletes perform the workout for time
Athletes can partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed
